Preparation Times

Modeling and printing times may vary depending on the complexity of the project and seasonal demand. However, our commitment is to have your digital model ready for final approval within 5 working days of your order.

Delivery Methods

• National Shipments (Italy): We rely on the punctuality of BRT (Bartolini) to guarantee rapid delivery, generally within 48 hours of shipment.
• International Shipments: We operate globally, selecting the most reliable and fastest logistics partners (such as DHL, UPS, or FedEx) based on the destination country, to ensure your kit arrives safely in the shortest possible time.

Return and Assistance Policy

The Nature of Uniqueness. Chibicini products fall under the category of custom-made or clearly personalized goods. For this reason, pursuant to Article 59 of the Italian Consumer Code, returns or refunds cannot be accepted once the production process has begun.
