Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)

How do I send my photo?

It's super simple! On the product page, you'll find the button "Choose photos". Just upload a clear front-facing photo of the subject. Good lighting and a natural pose will help us better capture their distinctive features. If you have any doubts about the photo quality, you can always contact us through our Contact Us section.

Do you also make pets?

Absolutely! We also love bringing your four-legged companions to life. Since animal modeling can vary greatly in complexity, we invite you to contact us via our contact form before placing your order to receive a dedicated assessment.

I can't paint, will I be able to achieve a good result?

Absolutely. Chibicini was born as an accessible creative experience. The SLA resin models are rich in raised details that naturally guide the brush. As we explain in ten centimeters of you, the goal is to enjoy the creative process and create a unique piece with your own hands.

Is the resin safe?

We use Anycubic ABS-like resin, known for its strength and precision. Once the curing process is completed in our workshop, the resin is stable and safe to handle. As it is a resin collectible, we recommend keeping it out of reach of very young children and washing your hands after prolonged painting sessions if the model has not yet been varnished.

Can I display my Chibicini outdoors?

The material is very durable, but if you intend to display your creation outdoors (e.g., on a terrace), we highly recommend applying a coat of gloss polyurethane varnish. This will protect the colors and material from weathering and UV rays over time.

Can I request modifications to the 3D model?

Yes. Before physical printing, you will receive a digital preview via email. At this stage, you can request small changes to ensure the result is perfect. Once the design is approved, we will begin artisan production in our Atelier.

What happens if I accidentally break the figurine? "Oops!" moment

We understand that accidents can happen during painting or display. That's why we've created the "Oops! Moment" policy: if your miniature breaks, contact us. We will do our best to help you, offering you the possibility of receiving a new print for a minimal contribution (shipping costs to be borne by the customer).

"Chibicini is the celebration of manufacturing 4.0 in the service of beauty. It is the demonstration that technology can have a craftsman's heart, one piece at a time."
